For clients

Start with a description of your needs.

You do not need to know the factory, model or route in advance. We help turn an initial enquiry into clear product and supply requirements.

Your first enquiry

Three sets of information.

If some details are not yet known, say so in your enquiry. We will clarify missing information during the discussion.

  • Product: description, application, reference, photograph or technical brief.

  • Procurement: quantity, quality and configuration requirements, and budget range.

  • Delivery: destination, preferred timing and the supplier, if already selected.

How an enquiry develops

01

Understanding the task

We clarify the product, procurement purpose, constraints and support required.

02

Developing an approach

We assess options, initial conditions and missing documentation.

03

Agreement

We document the scope, cost estimate, responsibilities and checkpoints.

04

Execution

We coordinate the agreed stages and deliver the defined outcome.

Common questions

Can I engage you only for supplier sourcing?

Yes. The scope can cover a single stage: sourcing, review, negotiations, logistics or another agreed task.

Do you handle samples and smaller orders?

Feasibility depends on the product, manufacturer terms and delivery economics. We assess the order size and format for each enquiry.

When will the total cost be known?

After the product, configuration, volume, route and transaction terms are clarified. Costing should distinguish goods, transport, clearance, applicable charges and agreed services.
