Compare one specification
For coal, sulphur or metal products, comparison starts with specifications and supporting documentation. State essential parameters, tolerances, testing methods and sampling requirements. Results from different methods should not automatically be treated as equivalent.
Specify the handover point
An offer needs a precise location and an agreed delivery basis. Clarify whether transport positioning, loading, freight, terminal operations and clearance are included. Responsibilities and risks are recorded in the contract according to the agreed terms.
Complete the commercial terms
Specify the lot size, loading schedule, currency, price validity and payment process. For recurring supply, agree how volumes and terms for subsequent lots will be confirmed. Calculate transaction economics once these inputs are consolidated into a single offer.
This material provides general information. The applicability of specific terms and requirements is assessed separately for your transaction.
