01

Start with the production task

A model name does not replace the production brief. Define the material, part dimensions, precision, output and duty cycle. For a production line, identify upstream and downstream operations. These inputs make it possible to assess suitability beyond catalogue specifications.

02

Separate standard and optional equipment

List controls, tools, fixtures, software, spare parts and consumables. Check power, utility connections, dimensions and installation-space requirements. For every option, establish whether it is included in the price and who is responsible for supplying it.

03

Define a verifiable result

Acceptance terms connect commercial promises to a specific check. Agree a test part, measurable parameters, documentation and a process for recording issues. Testing scope, commissioning, training and service are agreed separately for the selected equipment.

This material provides general information. The applicability of specific terms and requirements is assessed separately for your transaction.
